Announcement: Racing Lancer MRX09 for the 09 Dakar!!!!

Mitsubishi is going to race a Super Production Lancer dubbed "Racing Lancer" in the 2009 Dakar. The Rally vehicle will be powered by a 3.0L diesel engine, and the body shell will be modeled from the "Concept-Sportback".

Announcement: Concept-cX... the new "baby Outlander"

To be showcased in the Goodwood Festival of Speed Technology Pavilion, the Mitsubishi Concept-cX, dubbed as the "baby Outlander", will be the company's showcase vehicle for a clean diesel vehicle, which will also be fuel efficient and sporty.

Announcement: Mitsubishi signed an agreement with PSA Peugeot Citroen

Mitsubishi has signed an agreement with PSA Peugeot Citroen to build a plant in Russia. The plant is reportedly going to produce vehicles for the 3 brands, which will include a mid-range SUV (could be the production model for Concept-cX?), and also cars for Peugeot and Citroen brands. As can be recalled, Mitsubishi is currently making the Peugeot 4007 and Citroen C-Crosser as a variant of the Outlander under OEM agreement.

Announcement: Outlander to the Rescue...

The versatility of the Mitsubishi Outlander has once again been confirmed with the new Outlander rescue vehicle, together with it's stable mates the Pajero and the L200 in the 2008 RETTmobil trade fair.

Announcement: Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution MPR14

The new rally machine from Mitsubishi is set to tackle the 1st Central Europe Rally as a pilot test alongside 3 MPR13s. The MPR14 will be driven by Hiroshi Masouka, and the rest of the Mitsubishi drivers are to drive the MPR13s.
